During the celebration of Pico’s 25th anniversary, we looked back at all pleasant years of putting Pico together. Starting from a small apartment and eight employees, Pico has grown to have over 2000 employees who work in the major commercial growth areas of Egypt. We are now setting our eyes on the future. The 21st century will have opportunities and demands, as we have not yet seen. Pico is preparing itself structurally to grow as the national economy undergoes dramatic expansion. The Pico 2100 program that is now being implemented aligns all the company resources, human resources, technological resources, financial strengths, and accumulated management skills. With an aggressive growth strategy, we find ourselves occupied with defining our objectives, setting our priorities and action plans for execution and dividing methods to measure our progress. We are confident that the Pico team has their eyes clearly focused on the next 25 years.
