Arm wrestling sport was practiced since ancient ages
The pharaohs had know and practiced this sport before any other ancient civilizations .
The scenes of beni Hassan tombs, which were established 4000 years agoduring the middle pharaonic ages, are considered as an obvious proof that the ancient Egyptian created this sport .
Other ancient civilization, followed in practicing arm wristling, e.g.in India, this sport was know as (panja) and was practiced by ancient Indian legendry strong men like (Bhima).
The Federation President is Brigadier Shereif Ahmed Fouad, Vice President is Mr. Farouk El Sayed, General Secretary is Mr. Salah Bogdady and Treasyrer is Mr. Zenhom Serrag.
