The International Service Center, located in Egypt, is a Center of Excellence inside the Alcatel Group with extended activities allover the region. The ISC provides end-to-end solutions and full turnkey capabilities for both fixed and mobile network projects.

The ISC was established in 1998 with 8 engineers serving 5 countries: The United Arab Emirates, Romania, Portugal, Morocco and Libya. Today the ISC has over 120 engineers, with the objective to reach 140 engineers by the end of 2003. The ISC serves more than 41countries in Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe and Latin America with contracts, often 100% handled by Alcatel Egypt.
The ISC Mission:
To provide full support for Alcatel mobile and fixed network services using the skills of highly technical experts capable of delivering the required job at the highest quality and at the same time contributing to the development of telecom expertise in Egypt. |
