Egyptian High Tech Association

In 1997 leaders of the forty largest prominent international and local companies in the fields of electronics, communication, information technology and systems integration, came together to form the Egyptian High Technology Association.
Mission:
EHITA is resuming the responsibility of creating the vision and setting the strategies of the evolution of the hi-tech industries in Egypt. This is foreseen through creating of synergy between the hi-tech companies and the decision-making authorities. It also aims to enhance the development of the hi-tech activities and transformation of the society to sophisticated user and competent producer of hi-tech products and services.
Objectives:
The major goal is to speed up the development of the hi-tech industry in Egypt and to support the promotion of investment in this domain through the following actions:
Representing the Egyptian hi-tech industrial companies before the governmental authorities, as well as the national and international associations.
Nurturing the hi-tech industry, creating a society that uses and produces technology.
Providing a suitable ground for the hi-tech professionals abroad.
Hosing the Egyptian professional individuals working in the hi-tech fields of business.
Establishing solid links with the Egyptian hi-tech professionals abroad.
Establishing communication and cooperation links with similar international bodies
Adopting the responsibility and coordination of facing and solving national hi-tech issues.
Disseminating of technology, and management know-how to members.

Integrated System Group

ISG is one of the Egyptian leaders in the Software Industry. It is established in 1989 based on previous experiences in multinational companies working in Egypt. It has been managed since that date by Dr.Adel Ghannam,It is also a member in international associations such as IEEE, APICS, and local IT organizations such as Egyptian Software Associations, Egyptian High Technology Association, and Egyptian council for software and IT Export.

The Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) was initiated by Chairman Eng. Raafat Radwan to support the Egyptian Cabinet’s decision making process in socioeconomic development. IDSC Message
The contribution in the acceleration of the economic and social development ratios via developmental studies and economic analysis needed to support the decision makers to reach the main target of the Egyptian government which is a better life to citizens.
IDSC objectives:
Help the cabinet and the different committees in the decision support process in the field of economic and social development.
Study and prepare specialized reports about the different economic and social issues that face the Egyptian society and concern the decision makers.
